Before becoming a business coach, I spent over 25 years in radio broadcasting, making programmes with high profile talent in high-pressured environments.  After experiencing some truly transformative coaching myself whilst working at The BBC, I was inspired to become an internal BBC Executive Coach - the training for which is certified by the International Coaching Federation.

I now run my own coaching business with over 10 years' experience and am a member of The Association for Coaching.  I'm a firm believer in coaching’s ability to create positive change, and describe my coaching style as warm and supportive, with a bucket load of challenging questions when needed.
